I forgot my Live Sky password. When I click on reset password, I get the message that a reset request was sent successfully. However, the email never shows up in my email. Nothing in the spam folder either. (I have the correct email address, because if I try to open a new account with it, it says that email is already taken.) I have an iphone and two ipads with Sky Safari on them, with several custom observing lists. I don't want to lose them. Account is astronomy@langousis.com. Thanks for helping me get connected.

I confirmed your account in the system. You will not lose any of your data. As a temporary fix, I can also manually reset your password. I will email you directly and you can reply if you want to use that option.
I'm was not able to reproduce this bug. Can you give me some additional information?
