This is the only forum that I know of and where I participate, where cross-site tracking has to be enabled in my browser/privacy settings. I would appreciate if you could fix this and respect the privacy settings of your users.

Wilfried Noell What do you mean by “use another bowser”? I have the Safari browser on my Apple devices and I am very happy with this browser. Since this is the very only forum that shows this issue, I am a little bit surprised about the suggestions and that you changed (again!) the original title of my post.

Keiron Smith Apologies, Wilfred. My reply has beed inadvertently deleted.
Your options are as follows:
If you want to use Apple Safari browser on iOS then you need to disable the following setting:
Alternatively, if you are concerned about how this will affect your overall browsing privacy using Safari browser, then I suggest you install another browser (i.e, Chrome or FireFox) with the required cross-site tracking, and use that other bowser only for the purpose of accessing our support website. This way, you can continue to use your primary, Safari browser, without continually remembering to disable/enable the cross-site tracking option.
The cross-site tracking is a requirement that can not removed at this time.
Thanks for your understanding.

Wilfried Noell Thank you for this reply. I am fully aware of this option… otherwise I would not have been able to post in this forum ;-). I understand your constrains… but find them very unusual and unnecessary.
