[UX Issue] Measure Tool Always Chooses Center Of Deep Sky Object Boundary

Within the boundary of Messier 45, no matter which pair of stars I use the measure tool on the blue line always extends to the center of the circle defining the cluster.  Outside of the boundary of M45 the tool seems to work as advertised.  I am using a Mac M1.
