Is It Possible To Transfer SkySafari To A New/Different Apple ID Without Paying Again? (Answer: No, Not Possible)

I have a new work iPhone and I have added a new sim so I have a duel sim phone. I want to put my sky safari pro on the new phone, but this phone is linked to a different Apple ID and I can’t install it without paying again. Is there a way to transfer my purchase to a new ID without paying again.

  Phil, 

  Sorry, we can not transfer SkySafari to a different Apple ID.  If this is possible it is something that Apple Support will do.  Please ask Apple Support.
