Q: is “show observations” retrieval time improved in SS7Pro?
I have posted about my SS6Pro timed at 17s to report and repeats when backing out of reading a report.

Brian Blak Wow, took me about 5x tries just to log in here on ios. Says i must allow cookies, they are not blocked. Cross site tracking is blocked. what is wrong with this company? A very, really good star gazing program has been trashed to the favour of tracking “data”. I am disgusted with this. I will not even consider upgrading. All of the feedback and comments I’ve seen on stargazing sites on top of my own experiences have made if very clear that user enjoyment without traffic / data tracking for profit is dead. I shake my head and wring my hands of this. Back to previous programs who’ve not lost their way…..

Pedro Braganca Hi Brian, I agree that if you are using Safari or iOS to log in to the site, the experience is not great and frustrating. I myself have to use Chrome (works great) to log in on my Mac. The issue is that our forum provider (ZenDesk) has these requirements. I assure you we are not tracking data for profit - the purpose of this forum is so users can come together and help each other.
We'll discuss this internally and will have to look for solutions.
