[UX Issue]* Observing Lists Can Not Be Reset To Default Order After Filtering

The imported Observing list had its own Default Order. But if you change it, for example by Magnitude, everything will be sorted by magnitude, but if you now return the Default Order back, we will get chaos, and not the original order of the imported list.

I suspect this is a bug.

Thanks Efim.  We'll look into this.

Hi Efim, we plan on releasing an update soonish (7.3.6) to address a few issues and this issue is listed as part of the group of tickets for the dev team to look at. This is a more complicated issue because you'd have to remember what the original file order was if it's not one of our standard filter options.

Yes, this challenge has already been mentioned in another similar thread, however saving the initial order should be a relatively trivial thing to do especially when the list is imported, if you archive it somewhere in the filesystem. This is a VERY important feature. I gave up on Skysafari for my live visual observing for this very reason, and many friends are doing the same. It also impacts astrophotography in case you want to use lists to minimize slews/rotating. Having custom ordering is crucial to make Skysafari the planning app that it has the potential to be. please don't make this low priority again, we want to use it, and thanks for the great work on 7's UI!
