[UX Issue]* Menu PopUp Not Drawing Correctly (Can Anyone Else Reproduce This Issue?)

First and latest update. MENU isn't be drawn correctly at the first instance. I press MENU. I can see it scrolling upward, but it gets lost in the void. The chart still shows, but the unshown Menu options still work when that area of the chart is pressed. Rotating the screen, shows the MENU items over the chart correctly. Rotating back still shows the MENU items correctly as well. It's only the first time that MENU isn't drawing correctly, whether portrait or landscape. Android 12 on Pixel 4a.
