Hi have reset my passwords to livesky and message incorrect username/password keeps appearing on both website and sky safari 6 and 7 tried with 2 email addresses multiple times please help

  Hi just updated SkySafari 7 and now is is saying I don’t have a subscription please help. I have responded to your request for information but am still waiting for my password problem to be fixed
