[LiveSky.com] How Come SkySafari 6 Pro + LiveSky Basic Subscription Won't Show Observing Lists, Sessions, Etc (Answer: Fixed - Refresh Your Browser Then Log Out And Log Back In)

I have SS 6 Pro Android. The SS 6 Pro connection to my LiveSky subscription has been working just fine for years, but today when I logged into the LiveSky website using my computer and tried to view my Observing lists, LiveSky said "The Observing Lists feature is only available to users of: SkySafari 6 Plus, SkySafari 6 Pro and LiveSky Premium". I can view my Profile, export data, but I cannot view the Observations, Observing Lists, Sessions, etc - basically everything under the heading "My SkySafari Data" is no longer visible. What do I need to do?

    Are you using LiveSky basic or premium? If the former, it may be worth the upgrade to get all of the functionality LiveSky offers.

    I am using LiveSky Basic. It has all that I need since I use it to back up my observations, observing lists, sessions, etc. to the cloud some of which I export to CSV files. Something has broken with LiveSky's functionality, apparently ever since SS 7 was released.

    Christoph - yes, I am seeing the same screen. LiveSky doesn't seem to recognize that I have SS 6 Pro. In SS 6 Pro, Settings > LiveSky shows that my email address is verified. I have SS 7 Pro on another device but it is NOT connected to LiveSky. SimCurr - any response on this? Thanks.

    With a Pro or Plus purchase, you should be able to view all of your data. I will look into it. I may reach out and have you send me the email address that your LiveSky account is listed under.

    I'm having the same issue.

    LiveSky doesn't seem to recognize that I have SS 6 Plus.

    I'm seeing the same screen Christoph. Kind of annoying.

    Hope they can fix this problem soon.

    I still have the same issue. It tried it on two browsers: Firefox and Edge. Both were new logins.
