[Time Control]* Manual Time Entry Function Shifted When Date Is BC Format

Just as the title says. When the date is in an AD time period selecting Hours, Minutes, or Seconds works as expected. When the date is in a BC time period function is shifted left by one item. Choosing Seconds does nothing, selecting Minutes changes Seconds, etc. See screenshots.
