      still cant get through the installation process to registration. when the wizzard tries to configure windows program i get the same error no matter what suggestions your support team suggests. I do not believe ill spend a third day with this software

      I've had many unsuccessful attempts at downloading the software since the installation wouldn't load. So i tried deleting it so I can reinstall it again. But it won't stop taking me to the page, download limit reached. I just want to try downloading the software. I have an assignment due and these issues are just really frustrating.

      question concerning sky fi iii:
      its wifi 802.11 b b/g b/g/n or even more with a and ac wifi standard?
      is it possible to connect also a focuser , camera from an usb hub to sky fi III?

      There are no answers to my problem with SkySafari 7 Plus and my Meade LX200 GPS. It will connect to my Stella controller but says the scope is not responding. I have tried everything. How can I talk to tech help? It looks like the forums are dated with few responses. I posted my problem but no answers. Support for this software is dismal. No way to email support. I would not recommend this software at all and I'm sorry for buying it.

      I have replied to your community forum post.

      However, please note, providing support for every single SkySafari-using telescope in the world is a massive task for a very small software company. So, to be realistic, it is essential the all community members come together to help one another. There are many SkySafari-Meade-using community members that can help you too. We are stronger, when active, together.

      My computer doesn't support the Mac or Windows links to download starry sky. I have a Chromebook. I have my user name and registration number.
