This is useless. I went to the site above, and all you sent me was info I already had, my name, which product I got, ie, Starry Night Complete Space & Astronomy Pack 6 and registration #. It added to download software, contact them. I just sent it but have not heard. Maybe tomorrow. I need the E6 and upgrade to E7. Neither of which were included in the email I received from you.

The e-mail I used to register the product is no longer available to me. It was a work e-mail at my former employer, and they have deactivated it. Is there another way to do this?
