I recently tried to upgrade the Android OS on my Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II smartphone.  I was directed to your list of compatible devices.  I found it listed there under Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II (not listed without the Galaxy designation) designation.  But  I was told the phone was  incompatible anyway.
