I have SkySafari Pro 4 for Android
Trying to follow instructions on FAQ to add own Horizon Panorama.
Cannot find folders as described in FAQ on SD card or anywhere else, so struggling to import my own horizon into program!
I have: ...\SD card\Android\data\com.simulationcurriculum.skysafari4pro which only has a Files folder in it

and in main storage:
...\Internal storage\Android\data\com.simulationcurriculum.skysafari4pro\files\SkyData

Note OS info below - program works fine! just the folders are not as described.

Looks like I upgraded from plus btw as I have that on the device as well. Could that be the issue?

Have attached file in case that's the issue here but I think it's something about getting it to the right location if it's possible to import in this version.

Hi there,

There's no path like that.

After an uninstall and clean install of the App I have:

Storage/emulated/0/Sky Safari Pro/horizon panoramas (yes with an s).

There's nothing visible in that folder except my panorama which I attached.

As my tablet has an actual SD card in it, this my be confusing or not, but I also have

Storage/sdcard1/Android/data/com.simulationcurriculum.skysafari4pro/files

There's nothing visible in there.

Hi David,

Storage/emulated/0/Sky Safari Pro/horizon panoramas (yes with an s) <--- this is the right place.

We think the reason it will not load is the there is no alpha channel (as we specify). If we find a file that is not valid we just skip it.

Please include the alpha channel and let me know if that helps.
