The screen is cluttered with stars prior to seeing much satellites... Any other suggestions? Thank you

If there are too many stars, you need to adjust the star magnitude limit. Turning on Show Satellites shouldn't have affected that. Didn't you have the same number of stars on the screen before you showed the satellites?

Also to be clear, you adjust the Solar System Mag Limit control to see more of fewer satellites, not the Star Mag Limits.
