This settings file shows the sky from Impruneta at the current date and time, looking toward Octans at R.A. 13h 20m 12.41s, Dec. -85º 19' 13.9", with a 47.0° x 58.0° field of view.

This file has the chart set to use Equatorial and you also have "Show Toolbar In Landscape" set to NO.

If I change back to Horizon coordinates then the horizon shows just as it should.
