As a starting point, please follow the guidelines here and uninstall Flash that is currently on your system:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html

Once this is complete (you should restart your system after uninstallation) please install the version of Flash available here:
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_10.3.183.23_archive.zip

This setup will make Flash interactives work properly again :)
