"An error occurred while starting the application. Access is denied." (XP Guest Accounts only)

    Problem:

    When launching tle.exe from standard XP account you get:

    "An error occurred while starting the application.

    Access is denied."

    Solution:

    Open tle2exe.xml and change the second line

    <debug>true</debug>

    to

    <debug>false</debug>

     tle2exe.xml is found in Program Files ---> The Layered Earth

      When I try to start the program, MSVCR100.dlll is not found. I followed the step by step instructions in the email I received.
