1.  Go to add remove programs, remove flash.

2.  In a Firefox browser (download the browser if necessary) navigate
to the Abobe Flash Player download webpage:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3.  Download the flash player.
4.  Install the flash player.
5.  Start TLE and recheck the student exercise.

If this does not work:

1.  Right Click TLE and choose "Run as Admin".

2.  Recheck the student exercise.

If this does not work:

1.  Create a brand new Admin User Account.

2.  Start TLE and recheck the student exercise.
