Please tell me how to return the SkyFi I purchased. On first charging it with the provided transformer cable, with care to allign the male pins, I found the charging light would not remain on. The fit with the female receptacle on the SkyFi unit was very tight, and on removal the female receptacle came out stuck onto the male transformer lead. On inspection it appears that the female unit is badly configured. Please send instructions for returning the unit since it will not be able to charge and clearly had a defect. Thomas Greenfield
