The problem: Cannot view both columns of EarthGuide (see below).  The vertical separator bar (right side of EarthGuide) does not go any further to the right.

The solution: 

1) Use windows explorer to browse to our tle.exe (for example C:\Program Files (x86)\The Layered Earth\tle.exe) 
2) Right click on this file and select properties 
3) Select Compatibility tab 
4) Check the box for "Override high DPI scaling behavior 
5) Choose System for Scaling performed by:

This should make the app behave on the newer very high resolution screens.
