How Come SkySafari 7 Pro Is Not Compatible With My Tablet? (Answer: Android 10 Or Higher Is Required)

Hi!
I bought SkySafari 7 Pro for Android on Google Play with my Google account benj.larue@outlook.fr.
It works perfectly on my phone, a Redmi Note 11
But, during the night, I usually use my tablet, an Alldocube Neo X, which doesn't seem to be compatible: https://www.alldocube.com/en/parm/xneo-parm/
Considering its specifications, it should be OK. I had SkySafari 6 Pro on it, but as I bought it using my ex wife Google account... Bye bye!
What can you do for me, please?

  SS7 requires Android 10 or higher - this is a strict minimum.

  If you have Android 10 or above you should be ok. If you have Android 9 or below you can't run SS7.
