How To Show FOV Indicators Even If Not Connected To The Telescope? (Answer: Observe > Scope Display > Filter Button)

I am trying to use the Observe Scope Display and I can't get a rectangle around my Object (FOV Indicator).  This works just fine when I use SS 6.

On SS6, there is an option to show even if Not connected to the Telescope but I don't see that option in SS 7.  Is that the problem here and did the setting move to a different place?  I have that option enabled in SS 6 and the FOV works there.
