Hello, I am new to the SkySafari PRO 7 and tried to search for the problem but nothing was found. I got the license and when I tried to setup with the synScan Pro, it is able to connect but what I am observing is that after connecting to the scope and then I searched for say Jupiter, I know I can see in the sky where it is but SkySafari Pro takes the scope pointer to opposite site. Now at the same time IF I am using SynScan PRO App and if I ask that App to point to Jupiter it points it right on spot. Not sure on why SkySafari Pro 7 takes it opposite direction. I power off the scope, restarted, killed all instance, I restarted phone but still same behavior.
Can you please help to understand the root cause?
