Command Failure on alignment but connects in settings

Hello, apologies if this is covered. I have tried following the guides here and trouble shooting online but cannot seem to get past the issue. I can connect to my new telescope Heritage 150p Virtuoso GTI to the synscan app and have setup the connection as per the guide on this forum. Within the SkySafari 7 pro app in the settings it successfully connects but when trying to align I get an error everytime. I assume I am doing something wrong but cannot understand what the issue is. My only thought is that it isn't correctly handing communicating between apps so connects but cannot pass some data.     Now I feel silly but will leave this here for anyone else with same issue.

    So it appears that the align function within SkySafari only works for the celestron telescopes. For Skywatcher linked to synscan you only need to align within that app and use goto. Trying to align again within the SkySafari app will give the error we had.

    If the alignment worked in synscan then the goto should work in the SkySafari app. Trying to align it again in SkySafari does, at least in my case, mess it up and requires disconnection and re-alignment in the synscan app to get it to connect again.

    Hope that helps anyone else for the same issue.
