Did not receive anything to active the software, Sky live states my subscription is basic using the same login as the software loaded on my Ipad and I do not have access to features that accompany Pro.

Keiron Smith LiveSky is free to use, you can sync across the web and your apps.
LiveSky.com free offers read-only access to your data on the website.
LiveSky.com premium offers edit-access to your data on the website.
There are many other benefits to the premium subscription but it is not required.
LiveSky free - for sync is awesome on its own.
