Purchased SW and downloaded without issues and installs without issues but during SW startup it shows I have update. I am running Window 10 on new PC with plenty of HD, and memory space and great download speed. Update states I have Starry Night CSAP 7 ver 7.5.0.948 and latest is 7.5.5.1136, and update is 549.28MB which downloads without issue, extracts files and then come up with Update failed to install.
Show Details states "Patch failed to apply to this file C;\Program Files (x86)\Starry Night CSAP 7\StarryNight.exe
Because that files failed to patch, and there's no "catch-all" update to download, the update failed to apply. The failure to patch usually happens because the file was modified from the original version. Reinstall the original version of this app.
Internal error: End of stream reached with 376 byte left to read"
I have tried to re-install like message said but still will not update. I have also fully uninstall and re-install with same results.
