How do I edit my user profile? For security, I would like a display name vs my email on a public forum. Nothing against you, just bad guys are known to harvest such.

Bill Tschumy You should see a "user" icon in the upper right of the screen. Click it and choose "view profile".
I think this should work for you. As an Admin I see different things than regular users but I think you can get to this.

Display Name So, Bill is correct, in the top right, you can change your display name.

The option Edit Profile does not appear for me when I view My Profile. I have tried Safari and Chrome and have tried all security and cookie options - not running any extensions like Adblock. Firemonkeys also use Zendesk and the Edit Profile option does appear when I view My Profile on their support page. Is your Zendesk implementation limiting the option? Wanted to change my user photo from the default. Using the latest macOS 10.14.3 and Safari 12.0.3.

I'm not sure why you can not upload a new photo via the frontend UI. I'll have to look into it. However, I can upload a new profile photo for you via the backend. If you would like me to do this please send the photo to me here: ksmith @ simcur.com
