This is a feature request for the forums: I would like to have RSS feeds for each forum, and/or daily email digests of new posts in the forums I'm following (RSS preferred).

As best I can tell, ZenDesk doesn't provide this capability natively. We will look into where there is another way to provide the service.

Robin Clark Can we get daily email digests? I prefer that format rather than getting an email every time there is a new topic or comment in the forums that I follow. Thanks.

Just thought I would point out that each forum has the option to follow "New posts" or "New posts and replies". So, if you don't want to see an email for every comment then you can filter that in the "follow" options.
I'm still looking at RSS and email digest options nonetheless. I'll have an update near week's end.
