when using the sky and telescope link in Safari for events of the day and week there is. No point if it only applies to northern hem. If the app cannot filter based on current position each and every event should be Coded so it's clear.

Bill Tschumy Neil, this feature is controlled by Sky & Telescope. They make the events and control what is in them. You could ask them for the change.
