So I keep lots of different observing lists and use Starry Night on multiple platforms. Windows, Mac and Android. I'd like to have a centralized place where all my observations are kept. I often re-observe objects and would like to be able to enter multiple entries, as I often notice something new. And when I put an object into an observing list, I'd like it to be able to link to my previous observations - even if they're from a different list.

You refer to Starry Night in your message. Did you really mean Sky Safari?
In Sky Safari, observations are tied to an object in an observing list. Of course, you can have the same object in multiple lists. If you want to see all your observations, you can choose "Show Observations from the "More" button in the Object Info panel.
