Will SkyFi III work with my Nexus 7 2013 running Marshmallow? Installing a ServoCat and don't want to buy an iOS tablet or phone.

  Yes, it will.  One of the goals of SkyFi 3 was to have it work with Android.  Make sure you have the latest firmware installed.  There were some problems with ServoCAT with the older firmware.
