A few companies offer suction cup buttons for gaming on iphones and ipads. a company steel series, has some that are small and look like they will work for the telescope control buttons. i haven't gotten them yet. I was wondering if your company has thought about this and considered having them made just for your app.

Ok so this product is discontinued, so very hard to find. I ordered 2 of the button packs from the united kingdom off ebay as that was the only purchess option i found....this is a link from B&H for the same product.... notice the small size of the three buttons. the joystick, while neat, will not be used....

going down a rabbit hole here, looks to be a southeast asian company with raised stick on bumps for touchscreen position confirmation, check it out, something like this looks wicked cheap !
My only concern here is that the app with which this can be used may have to have "touch" joystick built in. SkySafari does not. So, I'm not sure if these will work without programming on our part.
agreed, i wasn't planning on using the joystick.....just the single buttons that come with the joystick....im going to put one on each of the 4 telescope control arrows.
i suppose the only thing that i really need is a confirmation bump over the telescope control buttons so that i can flawlessly hit them in while not looking down at the iphone
