SciTech scope control

I submitted a request yesterday but have not gotten a response...  I've tested SkySafari 5 Plus using the BT to serial adapter on a SciTech Scope Controller II. It works but when I do a GO TO, the RA motor moves in the opposite direction, but the declination motor goes works correctly.  The handpad works correctly (right button = west). Is this a configuration issue in SkySafari or the controller?

  Mark,

  Did you open a support request about this?  We don't see a ticket from you.  This is probably something best handled by submitting a support request.
