I received my SkyBT yesterday and I can't seem to get the battery door all of the way open. The door at the bottom of the unit unsnaps but the top, where the serial connector is, seems to be either stuck...or maybe it's hinged? I can't really tell and I don't want to force it any more than I already have and risk breaking it. Hopefully, someone can help me with something that seems like it should be easy.
