SS BT response time

I am using SS BT with a xx12i. I have no trouble connecting, but the screen update time is running between 5 and 10 seconds. I did a daylight 2 star alignment with a relatively high warp factor. The hand controller shows immediate changes when I move the scope but SS does not update the screen shot for between 5 and 10 seconds. I have tried two different Android devices, a phone and a tablet with the same results. I have carried the times for controller quarry from between 1 and 10 seconds, and no change in screen update time on either device. So what could be my.problwm and how can I correct it.

    For whatever reason, it sounds like your mount is not responding quickly to our requests for it's location in the sky.  If you capture a scope log file that would help us confirm what is going on.  The instructions for doing so are near the bottom of the Scope Setup Help.
