Hi, how do I purchase LiveSky Premium? Don't see links in the webpage or SkySafari app.

Keiron Smith Hi Yu-Hang,
The premium version of LiveSky.com is free for a month.
Let us know what you think of LiveSky premium.
Thanks!

Atnbirdie I am getting less pleased with LiveSky. Just upgraded to SS6Pro on iPhone 8 and iPad 2. Accessing LiveSky from MacBook Pro. Devices running latest iOS and Mac running High Sierra 10.3.2. In either Safari or Chrome browsers, LiveSky is 'twitchy". It defaults to 15 items per page when looking at lists. I cannot get it to stay on any other setting. If I try to go to the next page of multipage lists, it jumps back to the first page. I can sometimes get it to move and stay on later pages, but not always. If I select an item to delete, the screen list starts jumping up and down about a line distance so now the "delete or cancel" pop ups no longer match the file I'm trying to delete. Very frustrating. I'm afraid I'm looking forward to your release of SS6Pro for Mac so I don't have to use LiveSky.

Richard Sutor I am using LiveSky. In Sessions I hit the delete icon, then under Delete Session I hit delete and nothing happens until I refresh the page. The same goes for Observations and Settings. On my iPad I have to leave the app and restart it to see the results.
LiveSky needs work.

Richard Sutor In LiveSky how do I delete a site? On my Mac when I click on Sites I see a large map of the east coast. On my iPad I have two duplicate sites, I would like to get rid of one of them.

Richard Sutor There should be a way to gang delete things in LiveSky.

Richard Sutor On my iPad, using SkySafari 6, sometimes when I go to Observing Lists the lists say "Fetching" and nothing happens.

Ros Hartigan Hi Richard, your sites are listed on LiveSky, and appear underneath the map. You may have to scroll down to see them. You should be able to delete them there.
The 'Fetching' error will be fixed with our next version, which should be release some time next week.

Richard Sutor Rosalind, thank you, I should know to scroll down by now. Have a great new year!
