Is it possible to turn off the meteor shower animation, and just show the location of the radiant?

Bill Tschumy Sorry, not there is not a way to turn off the animation of the selected meter shower. Why do you want this?

Mark Davis I had selected the Quads to see the radiant location and it began an animation of meteors streaming from the radiant that I was unable to stop. I tried selecting other objects to stop the animation, but it continued while viewing them. I even created several observing lists, and every time I returned to the sky view the meteors will still radiating from the shower radiant. However, this morning, the animation is no longer active.

Bill Tschumy The animation should stop as soon as you select a different object. I'm surprised to hear that this didn't work. Can you reproduce this?

Mark Davis No, I just tried a half dozen showers or more and it seems to be working correctly now.
