Layered Earth Update Fail

I have The Layered Earth Meteorology Version 1.5.2.386 #20151008-1358.  It shows a new update runs but the update  stops at 200 - 220 bytes.   I have tried most of the

suggestions and none work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
