Starry Night Pro 7 | Email / Registration Issues

My computer crashed. Windows 10 had to be reinstalled. All my programs were wiped out (but I still had Starry Night 7 in my Downloads folder - miraculously!) So I installed Starry Night 7. When I came to register it, the number I had was invalid. So I asked for a new Registration Number. However, my email has changed, since I first installed Starry Night, and now your system won't let me put in my current email address. Please help ASAP, as I do Astronomy Outreach, and this program is vital to my presentations.

    Hi Phil,

I have resent your registration and download links to original email address used to make the purchase - XX.XXXXXXX@rogers.com

I have sent it to the same email address because that is the email used create a support forum account, and create this post.

If you want me to resent the email to another email address please let me know.

    Thanks!

Hi, Keiron - That worked, and I thank you. However, now I have a very sluggish Starry Night Pro Plus 7 to contend with. It takes a long time for the program to start up, and forever for it to react to mouse clicks on anything. Is there anything you can do to help?

    Thanks!

    HI Phil,

I suggest rebooting your computer, and try running SN7 first after that before any other apps are opened.  If you still encounter sluggish performance please provide the following information:

    1. The graphics card.

In Windows 10 ---> Right click on Windows Icon/Start button---> Go to "Run" ---> type "dxdiag" in the search field and hit return. ---> On the DirectX panel that opens up look under the Display tab for "Device" <--- what it says here will be the graphics card.

    1. System Information.

In Windows 10 ---> Right click on Windows Icon/Start button---> Go to "Run" ---> type "dxdiag" in the search field and hit return. ---> On the DirectX panel that opens up look under the System tab for "Operating System" <--- what it says here will be the OS info. Note if its Pro, Home, etc. Also, and 32 or 64 bit.The manufacturer and model of your computer (additional model information may be found on a sticker under your computer)

In Windows 10 ---> Right click on Windows Icon/Start button---> Go to "Run" ---> type "dxdiag" in the search field and hit return. ---> On the DirectX panel that opens up look under the System tab for "System Model" <--- what it says here will be the model info.

    Thanks!

    Hi, Keiron.

    Still sluggish performance.

Here is the info you requested:

Graphics Card: Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
    Manufacturer: Intel Corporation

    Operating System:  Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 16299) (16299.rs3_release.170928-1534)

    System Model: Satellite P850

If there's anything else you need, just let me know. One thing - this program worked perfectly, before my computer crashed. This issue only started after I reinstalled Starry Night.
