SkySafari 6 Pro | SkyHub Connection

Hi SkySafari team,
I have recently purchased SkySafari 6 Pro.
Using SkySafari 6 Pro, I cannot connect to “Skyhub” a Hubbleoptics Telescope supported encoder, with the settings ‘Basic Encoder System’ and ‘Az-Alt Push-To’. I am able to use SkySafari 5 Pro using the same settings.

I use devices IPhone and IPad, and l can Wifi to “SkyFi”(which I also use) and “Skyhub”, but as I have said cannot connect to Skyhub with the new software.
Is it possible that you could test this for me. /or is there a fix other than using the previous edition.

    We can't really test this because we don't have a SkyHub.  

    I don't think there have been any changes in Basic Encoder System scope communication between SS5 and SS6.  If it is working in SS5, I suspect there is some other setting that is different.  Look carefully at the rest of the Telescope Setup settings and compare SS5 to SS6.

    Thanks Bill good advise. I needed to turn off “Get Automatically” in Mount Type. Thanks for the prompt.
