This issue is months old now and I am not hearing from tech support. I am getting a little traction from the good members of support forum but those are not solving the problem.
On both versions of SN7, Mac and PC, I mean, I don't see a control that I can use to dynamically rotate the field of view indicator on the screen. Can I ask a technical support representative from the software company to please look into this annoying issue and let me know what I should check to resolve this?
