Starry Night Pro | Update Issue

Good morning,
last week I started updating the software, but suddenly lost the wifi connection. Now I can not update because the "check fro aplication update" is inactive (as you see below)

how can I fix it?

    Hi Marco,

    Please delete the current SN7 Pro application.  Then redownload the installer again.  Make a new installation.

    This will resolve your updater issue.

    OK, I have already bought a cd rom with inside the version 7.4.1.810, pu7-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

    Can I upgrade SN7 PRO to SN7 PRO PLUS ? I'd like to do it. Have I delate my  defective version before?
