Unable to connect to Synscan wifi - Synscan pro software in Skysafari 7 pro

Hello.
Please consider this.
I am trying to use Synscan pro with the Synscan wifi adapter and Skysafari 7 Pro on my tablet – Samsung Galaxy A8 Tab (2021), that has the Android 13 os.
The combination Synscan Pro and Skysafari 7 Pro seems to be working on my Sony phone, that has Android 12 os.
As  you might understand I would much prefer using my tablet with its bigger screen for this
However on my tablet (Android 13) Skysafari 7 Pro is not able to connect to the scope – that is the Synscan pro software.
Is this an issue you are familiar with?

I have made several attempts with the tablet connected to Synscan wifi and synscan pro. Also done alignment (1 star or 2 star) before trying to connect to scope.
As I mentioned this works fine on my phone, when I engage the emulator in the wifi settings of Synscan pro. I have still to try this with real wifi to my Synscan wifi dongle, but I expect it to work fine also.

I would much appreciate your thoughts on this.
It seems to me that the problem is some kind of limitation in the Android 13 environment.

    Thank you.

I am using a Skywatcher synscan german eq mount.
I have tried using the IP 192.168.4.2 and port 11882, but no luck.
On my Sony phone (Android 12) i use IP 127.0.0.1 port 11882 witt Synscan Pro app in emulator mode and it works.

Your IP may be different but I think the Port number is the same. In the SynScan app it will only give you the IP address. I'm sure you already know this but make sure to connect to the adhoc WiFi with your device before connecting with the app. Also make sure you set the retry and timeout to the same settings in both apps. 5 and 0.2 seem to work for me.

Thank you for trying to help
I use 127.0.0.1 known as localhost. This is due to the need of sharing the one connectin to the wifi-adapter via the corresponding app (Synscan Pro) I have only established one difference between my phone and my tablet: My phone has Android 12 os where my tablet has Android 13 os. As mentioned it seems to work fine on my phone, using the wifi-emulator setting in Syncan Pro app. On my tablet Is is not working with the same settings.
I will also mention that there is a direct connection between my phone and the wifi adapter. The adapter working as access point (AP). That is there is no router involved.
