RJ45 encoder connection

I have 32k encoders on an obsession dob (no goto), and the encoder cables meet at an RJ45, which I used with a NEXUS until it died.

 

Can I use these encoders directly with the SkyFi 3?  Seems like at the least I'd need another cable. Guidance as to exactly which cable I'd need would be great.
