Help! My Sky Safari sky was correct for my location 38 degrees N the first couple of weeks; now it shows Southern Hemisphere stars! Also the Sun at night! Also, I signed up for Premium because I thought I could get more information on the green comet, not realizing that info was all over. Now I’m not clear at all what I get on Premium. Can anyone direct me to that information, or please fill me in on what premiums I get on Premium? And how the heck do I contact the company, anyway? Short of calling Africa…

  If you're app is not putting you in the correct location please re-select your home location, see:

  • Settings > Location

  Or, alternatively, you can

  • Reset to factory defaults
  • Reinstall the app to clear the settings.
