I just bought a celestron 8se with starscence,Wi-Fi module, focus motor. Everything works perfect with SkyPortal. But when I try to connect to my scope using SkySafari 7 I get the connection failure error message.I tried everything it says and nothing. Also not getting the connect alignment option ether please help. I am using an iPad 5th gen pro all up to date. Tried to submit a ticket but doesn’t seem to want to go threw.please help
