Steenkh You could possibly try a “Revert to factory settings” before going all the way to reinstallation.

Ildi Rich I had already tried reverting to factory settings before I commented, but it didn't fix the issue. I think I will try to reinstall, just nervous about screwing up my "plus" membership.

Ildi Rich Reinstalling did not work. It said it couldn't locate true north and to make sure I had location services on. Location services are definitely on. Don't know what else to try.

Ildi Rich Rebooted my phone. Then reinstalled the app (again). Still saying that it cannot determine True North so it's using magnetic north. Location services are on.
