How To Migrate SkySafari On Android From One Google Account To Another? (Answer: Contact Google Play Support For Help)

I originally bought a copy of SkySafari Pro 4 to use on my Android tablet.  Later I changed my Google account and email address and today powered up the table after several months non-use.  SSPv4 no longer accepts that it is a verified copy and will not run.  Can anyone advise whether this is capable of rescue?

    This is an issue that needs to be reviewed by Google Play Support.  You can ask to have your apps migrated from the old Google account and email address to the new one.  I don't know what they will say, but they are the only ones that can help in this regard.

    Hmm.  Well, as it stands, I paid for the software expecting it to work.  I have had a look at Google PS and they say that the paid-for software cannot be used if you (have the cheek to) change your email address.....  This is extremely unfair and I was not warned about it being tied to a redundant email address.  I suppose that I will have to go back to using freebies only and write this off as a bad experience. It really should not have happened.   :-(  BTW I tried to contact you privately about this but all my emails bounce ...
