I have Skysafari 6 plus and the cgx-l is usb. Tried directly to mount and through keypad

  If you want help troubleshooting you need to provide far more info.

  1. App and version number
  2. OS version number
  3. Scope make and model
  4. SkySafari Scope Type setting
  5. Alignment type process via hand controller
  6. Screenshots of error messages.
  7. Etc.
